Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note check-in is from 15.00 until 23.00. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please inform Hendham House at least 2 days in advance. Arrivals after 23:00 must inform the property in advance and will be subject to an additional charge of £10. Guests must show a valid photo ID upon check-in. Please note there is no disabled access in the building. A surcharge of £10 applies for any arrivals early/after check-in hours and any departures early/after check-out hours. All requests for early/late arrival and early/late departure are subject to confirmation by the property
