Please note: Early check-in is not available. All bedrooms are non-smoking. Due to the age of the building the hotel has limited access for guests with limited mobility, it has a number of ground-floor bedrooms in St Leonard's & St Margaret's, and an external wheelchair lift is available for access into the castle, for the reception, library, and lounges. All castle bedrooms are accessed via stairs. Bedrooms do not have adapted bathrooms, some do have a walk-in shower. Please contact the hotel prior to your visit to ensure that we can accommodate your needs. Spa treatments must be pre-booked, as the property cannot guarantee walk-in availability. There is no pool.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
