Guests arriving after 18:00 are kindly requested to contact the hotel in advance using the contact details on the booking confirmation. Guests using a GPS navigation system should enter Buttermarkt 14 as their destination. Parking is available at "Heumarkt" public car park, 100 metres from the property. EUR 27 per 24 hours will be charged. This public car park does not offer any benefits for hotel guests. Please note that the hotel currently does not offer breakfast. Within a radius of 250m there are numerous possibilities for breakfast. Prepaid bookings with arrivals after 6pm will receive a self check-in code. The hotel can be reached by phone daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The reception is not permanently staffed.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
