These apartments are set in a quiet, newly built apartment house 30 metres away from Binz’s Baltic Coast beach. Some apartment offers a balcony and a well equipped kitchen.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests will be contacted by Rujana with bank details, for the transfer of the deposit. Please note that the rest of the booking fee must be transferred at least 30 days before arrival. Guests are kindly requested to inform Rujana of their mobile phone numbers. After you have made your reservation, Rujana will send you a separate email with a bankruptcy insurance policy. Guests making last-minute reservations should send proof of payment directly to the hotel via fax. Please note that the linen package fee is obligatory.
