A security deposit of THB 1,000 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. In case of using a credit card deposit, the refund process could take about 2 weeks. For bookings with breakfast included, breakfast will be provided for 2 persons. Children 4-11 years old will be charged for breakfast at THB 350 per child per day upon arrival when using existing bedding, maximum 2 children per room. Extra bed is available on selected room type, please contact the hotel if you needed. Halal set breakfast is available on advanced request. All guestrooms at this property are non-smoking. Smoking in the room will incur a charge of THB 2,000. IMPORTANT MESSAGE: As part of our continued efforts to update our property, we will be undergoing renovation in our water slides area at the poolside, from now until 6th August 2024. The Pool will be open as normal, except the water slide area, which will be hoarded and closed. The rooms will start renovation floor by floor from 1st August 2024 to the end of 2025, and the Rock Royalty Lounge will be closed from 1st August onwards until the end of 2024. During the period of renovation, noisy work will occur between 10 am-5 pm daily. While we undergo renovation, other hotel services will remain operational as normal.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
