Please inform Happyland Mansion in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 650 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property cannot accommodate guests under 20 years of age. Please be informed that guests booking more than 5 rooms will be kindly asked to settle a 50% prepayment of the total reservation via bank transfer. The payment must be paid at least 3 days prior to arrival.
