Due to airport security reasons, the hotel will not be able to accept or store any postage, sporting or event tickets, parcels or store luggage prior to arrival or upon departure. The hotel will only accept pre arranged parcels if the item is for medical reasons only. Directions and Parking: Exit the M23 at Junction 9. Follow Gatwick Airport signs at the roundabout. Go straight at J9a, following North Terminal signs. At the next roundabout, take the first North Terminal exit. Move to the left lane to approach Short Stay Car Park. Once your vehicle registration plate is scanned upon entering the barrier, take your ticket and follow the signs to Car Park 6 and up to Level 4 for designated Hampton by Hilton Guests parking. To find the hotel lobby, walk out of the car park toward the North Terminal entrance. Take the elevator to Level 1 and go toward the West Jet bag drop area. There you'll see the Hampton by Hilton sign for further direction. Upon hotel check-in, please make full parking payment at reception to ensure your ticket is validated for your departure. Any lost tickets will incur a penalty charge as per the daily rate. Please note that we're currently undergoing rooms refurbishment until 31st August 2024.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
