Please inform The Cosy Maenam Beach Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes and prepayment only. Please note that the property does not have a credit card machine. Additional bills and payments will need to be paid in Thai Baht (THB). Please be informed that any check-in that is expected to be made after 20:00 hrs, guests have to inform the property directly via either email or phone to arrange a later check-in. Please note that on Thursdays, the property cannot be accessed by car after 16:30 hrs due to the weekly Walking Street event.
