To ensure that you, your pets, and others have a wonderful experience, kindly take note of the following: • Pets must weigh less than 20 kg; pets above the requirement are at the hotel’s discretion. • Pets are only allowed on designated floors. Kindly ensure that you book the appropriate room. • Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms and public spaces. • Guests are to control their pets inside the room to avoid disruption and damage. • Ensure your pets are on leashes outside the room, as other animals are on the property. • Pet parents are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. • Pet parents are responsible for any damage to the room or the hotel. • An additional cost of AED 75 per pet per night is applicable. • We allow a maximum of one pet per room or two small pets per unit. • A non-refundable pet fee of AED 250 will be charged to your account on arrival. • Guests agree to pay additional cleaning or repair bills (if required). • If you want to walk your pet, it should be outside the hotel, and kindly use disposable bags. • Housekeeping and maintenance services will commence when the room is vacant. • Housekeeping will conduct a quick inspection during check-out. • In an emergency, pets must be accompanied by the guest and follow evacuation instructions. • One of our staff will call you 24 hours before arrival in case you have further questions. • Kindly ensure your pet is always on its best behaviour out of respect for everyone’s comfort.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
