Important Information

Guests must show a photo identification and valid credit or visa debit card upon check-in. We will copy the cards and pre-authorize the bank card for security. Please note that the name on the photo ID and the bank card must be the same. For guests who don't have a valid bank card under the ID's name, a cash damage deposit of NZD 350 is required. The deposit will be refunded subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property may reject the stay if the guest does not have a valid photo identification card. If a third party makes the reservation, a formal email with the party's photo ID/bank card information and authorisation will be requested. A 3% surcharge fee applies for credit card payments. All special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. Our onsite restaurant is in different ownership and operates in a limited time frame due to COVID. Please contact Platform 8 for more details regarding the dining. Our breakfast is packed-up food delivered to the guest room, including toast, yogurt, fruits, etc. Due to COVID, the housekeeper will not enter and clean the guest room staying more than one night to reduce the close contact. Guests can still request this service from the staff or have supplements like tea/coffee bags, toilet paper etc., at the reception.
