There is a GBP 10 deposit for each key card which is paid upon check in. The amount will be refunded when the card is returned at check out. Please note that there is a strict non-smoking policy in all rooms. The Grainger Hotel will add an additional cost if guests break the non-smoking policy. Please provide valid credit/debit card details to the hotel upon arrival. Guests using satellite navigation systems are advised to input Dilston Road as their destination, once they arrive in Newcastle. The hotel is on the corner of Dilston Road.
