When booking 2 apartments or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. When booking 6 or more guests, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Reception closes at 6pm (18.00) .Guests arriving after this time will be emailed prior to their arrival with codes and instructions for key box access. We kindly ask that guests arriving after 11pm (23.00) do so quietly as the properties are located in residential areas. Parking is a 3-minute walk away from the properties around £18 per 24 hours of parking (subject to change due to car park price fluctuations. Please note that this property can only accommodate stag or hen parties with prior arrangement. The property is able to store luggage after departure for an additional cost at our reception at Monkbar, YO31 7HB. If you would like to arrange this please call our reception. We have properties in 3 locations. Please check your reservation details to find out the address and check-in details which apply to the location of your chosen apartment. Our reception is located at 1 Lord Mayor's Walk, YO31 7HB. A pre authorisation damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card and should be released shortly after check-out subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. Please note the buildings are Grade II listed and over a hundred years old. Some rooms have slightly uneven floors and steep staircases - guests with mobility issues or those travelling with young children should take note of this. Friendly staff are happy to help with luggage if this is an issue.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
