This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. During weekends, guests under the age of 25 can only check in if travelling as part of a family. Please note that final cleaning is included. We will change towels and garbage bin every third day. Change of towels and linens will be done every sixth day. Daily cleaning is available on request for an extra charge. For bookings made on the same day as arrival, the property cannot always guarantee that the apartment is ready for check-in at 15:00.
