Please inform Flora Inn Hotel Dubai Airport in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AED 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. If booking on someone else behalf please contact the hotel directly to arrange the payment any 03rd party payment should be received by the property before guest arrival or property reserves the right to request payment from the guest directly. All guests staying are required to provide their Original passport or Emirates ID card, please note that the hotel reserves the right to refuse the entry of the guest who are not registered upon check in. Dubai International Terminal 1, 2 & 3 transfers (arrival/departure) can be arranged on a private vehicle on request with an additional fee, guests must contact the property at least 24 hours in advance to request all above services.
