Facade and internal building update works are currently being undertaken in this block and scaffolding is erected which blocks any view from the property. The works are carried out between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. There is a Portacabin site office located in the parking area fronting the Castle Street side of the block and this will remain in situ until all block works are complete currently scheduled for January 2023. PLEASE NOTE – Cladding works to this side of the building are nearing completion. Scaffolding has been removed but there are still materials and builders on site. External works on the remainder of the block are due to be completed at the end of May, some internal communal areas work is continuing in May. Please note – Building works at Orchard Plaza – There are some communal corridor works presently underway through the block where there may occasionally be localised noise during working hours. The work is due to be completed by October 2023.This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
