Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. After booking, you will receive a separate booking confirmation from the property with all information about the check-in and key transfer. 20% prepayment is to be transferred immediately after booking. The remaining balance, security deposit and tourist tax must also be paid at least 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation, the landlord will try to rent the property to someone else. If this is successful, the cancellation fee will be EUR 50. If a further rental is not successful, 80% of the total price is to be paid as a cancellation. Please note that no loud parties are allowed.
