Our shuttle service is offered at the following fixed times: From the hotel to Paris-Orly airport: Fixed departures: 6:45 a.m./7:30 a.m./8:15 a.m./9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. From Paris-Orly airport to the hotel: from 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The shuttle reservation is made only upon arrival at the hotel and is limited to 2 trips per reservation (one outward and one return). If you wish to benefit from the shuttle service, please contact the hotel once you arrive in Orly and after collecting your luggage on 0149849140. - Orly Terminal 1/2/3 Exit gate 18 A and wait at stop 12. - Orly Terminal 4 - Exit 47 D and wait at stop 6. The shuttle service costs 5 euros per trip and per room for guests staying at the hotel during fixed hours from 6:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Outside of these times the shuttle costs 15 euros. For customers without a hotel reservation as well as those who leave their car in the parking lot, the shuttle service is possible for an additional fee of 15 euros per trip. Luggage is limited to one large suitcase per customer or two small ones on the shuttle. The hotel will not be able to accept guests with many suitcases or bulky items such as surfboards. Please note that the transfer service is limited to the seats available in the shuttle (7 seats per trip), in the event that the shuttle is full the transfer is not guaranteed on the slot. Please note that the shuttle service only serves Orly Airport and not Charles de Gaulle Airport. We inform our customers that in the event of force majeure such as (strike, blocked roads, shuttle breakdown, etc.) the hotel will not cover the costs of taxis and transport for customers of the hotel. airport to hotel and vice versa. * Please note that our shuttle is not compatible for electric wheelchairs.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
