Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that only one key card will be provided for each room. Guests can request for an additional card at an additional cost. In case of lost of the key card, a fine will be charged of THB 500. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. For the cardholder's protection, if the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card and the pre-payment will be credited back to the original card.
