This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Extérieure is closed from Fri 01 Sept 2023 until Sat 01 Jun 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit will be fully refunded within a month after check-out , subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can rent them for EUR 12 per person for bed linen, and EUR 8 per person for towels, should they wish to do so or they can bring their own. Please note that the energy is not included in the rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure. Baby cots or chairs can be rent on-site.
