All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. A security deposit of PLN 600 is required upon arrival for incidentals and of PLN 2000 for the Penthouse Apartment. If the deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer within 7 days and if it was paid by credit card, it will be refunded to this credit card within 10 days or - upon guest's request - on the day of departure.
