Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the <b>Ask a question</b> box. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be advised that arrival with a pet involves an additional cost of PLN 100 to the booking price. For stays of more than 7 days the fee is 200 zł. In addition, a deposit of 300 PLN is charged. 7 days before arrival, a link for Tpay payment will be sent. The link is completely secure.
