Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 60 PLN applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. We would like to inform that there's an additional cost of PLN 100 to the booking price when arriving with a pet. If your stay lasts longer than 7 days, the additional costs is PLN 200 to the booking price. Additionally, a deposit of PLN 300 is required.
