Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Public parking is at Merchant's Quay car park, opposite the hotel. This is a pay & display car park where you will require a paid ticket on display at all times. Photo ID is required if paying cash on arrival. All groups over 10 people will be required to provide a rooming list 7 days in advance of arrival. Payment will be taken on arrival at the hotel for all groups.
