The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Please note that cleaning service is not included. Guests can clean the accommodation before they leave or choose for a cleaning service (surcharge). Please note that the city tax is not included in the price and will be deducted from the guarantee deposit (€350) for the ground floor apartment, €250 for the apartments 1st and 2nd floor.
