This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the total amount of the service costs is EUR 255.00 for Villa Strandrijck and EUR 210.00 for all other rooms. This includes a made bed, a service package, towels, kitchen towels, 2 free parking lots, final cleaning fee and 9% VAT.
