Important Information

The advertised breakfast rate is only applicable if breakfast is pre-booked at the time of booking the apartment. Breakfast costs GBP 4 for children aged 4 - 12 years. Please note that a housekeeping service is only available on request, and is subject to an additional charge. If you would like to change your towels there is a charge of GBP 15, if you wish to have the apartment cleaned during your stay there is a charge of GBP 25 for a one-bedroom apartment and GBP 35 for a 2 bedroom-apartment. The pool is open in one hour slots from 07:30-20:30. Access to a pool slot is only guaranteed when you book a treatment at Spa6. The gym is open in one hour slots from 08:00 - 21:00, with a maximum of 13 people in the gym at any one time. The hotel restaurant will not be available from the 24 December until 26 December, and the 31 December. The Old Boathouse pub will have limited opening times; advance bookings are essential. Please note that the restaurant is booked for private events during some dates in December, please contact the property directly for further information. During your stay the facilities of Spa 6 are available: - Monday to Friday: 06:00 until 09:30 and 17:00 until 22:00 - Saturday and Sunday: 07:30 until 09:30 and 17:00 until 21:00 If adults wish to use the pool outside the stated times there is a GBP 15.00 per adult charge per day It is recommended that you book any beauty treatments in advance. Please note that children under the age of 2 are not permitted to use the hotel pool due to the Hydrotherapy Jets within the Pool. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are not permitted to use the Jacuzzi, water fountains or hydro elements of the pool. Pet friendly rooms are the ground floor apartments without a balcony. There is a charge of GBP 30 per dog, and a maximum of 2 dogs per apartment. Please confirm with the property at the time of booking.
