Please note that the hotel is located in the pedestrian zone. You can drive up to the hotel to unload your luggage (but only between 18:00 and 20:00) for check-in and also to load your luggage (but only until 10:00) for check-out. Parking spaces can be found around a 3-minute walk away in the Kronenhaus underground garage or on the adjacent streets. Please note, that the reception is unstaffed on Sundays (the whole day) and Mondays from 6 pm. Arriving guests receive a door code for access to the house. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 15 per pet, per night applies. Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination or recent proof of Coronavirus recovery.
