They are specifically for a no-frills getaway and are not the same as the rest of the accommodation. Guests booking our 16 sleeper barns (Wagon Shed or Milking Parlour) are required to pay a 20% non refundable deposit upon booking. Guests booking 4 or more rooms are also required to pay a 20% deposit, refundable up to 90 days before date of arrival. All-male groups above 6 will not be accepted without prior arrangement. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse entry to the accommodation if above criteria has not been adhered too.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
