"The Moats is our private home, NOT commercial premises. Therefore our terms are STRICT: 1) Guests are required to provide verification of identification (including full name, current address, mobile phone number and email address) IMMEDIATELY upon reservation or NOT LESS THAN 3 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. 2) This verification can be a photo of a current Council Tax bill or pictorial driving licence and can be sent by text to my mobile phone 07375 857332 or my email [email protected]. 3) Check-in is strictly 6pm to 8pm. Check-out is 6am to 10am. 4) The Moats is CLOSED from 10am to 6pm daily and guests are required to vacate the property between these hours, even if returning for subsequent nights. 5) Daytime accommodation is NOT available and I do not host night shift workers. 6) A continental breakfast, included in the price of your stay, is served between 6am and 9am daily. Cooked breakfast is NOT offered. 7) Smoking and all naked flames are forbidden on any part of the premises, indoors or outdoors. 8) Children under 16 years and adults over 75 years are not accommodated. 9) No pets are permitted indoors. 10) Your host reserves the right to reject and refund, WITHOUT RELOCATION, any last-minute reservation made after midday on the date of proposed check-in. 11) Guests seeking to reserve last-minute accommodation after midday on the date of proposed check-in should telephone: 07375 857332 or email [email protected] BEFORE booking to check availability. 12) Your host reserves the right to exclude, without refund or relocation, any guest who does not comply with, or who seeks to contravene, these Terms and Conditions.”Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
