Please inform Comfort Apartments by Livingdowntown in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CHF 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform the property if you arrive by car (parking spaces cannot be guaranteed). Parked vehicles must leave the parking lot by 11:00, parking is not available after check-out time. Please note that the photos are only examples of a specific room type. Please note that Livingdowntown has no reception. There is a check-in machine at which guests need to register and pay and then they will receive the room key. The office is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00. Guests will be provided with an emergency number, should they require assistance outside of these hours. Please note that basic cleaning is offered once a week. If you would like to arrange for additional cleaning services, please contact the property. Please note that cash payment is only possible upon prior arrangement and for arrivals between 09:00 and 18:00.
