Please note, guests must present this website's confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guest’s first and last name. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. Guests must contact the hotel directly in order to request extra beds. Reservations processed through this system comprise up to 9 apartments per period on average. Above 9 or more than 10 apartments, it is considered a Group policy, with negotiation and applicability of different Terms and Conditions.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
