Please note extra beds need to be requested and confirmed before arrival. When booking more than 5 rooms, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival. For those coming by car, chargeable limited on-site parking is available. Managed by YourParkingSpace, parking is charged at £15 for up to 24 hours and paid for at the time of exiting the car park using either the QR code or cashless parking meter located in the car park. Unfortunately, parking spaces cannot be guaranteed or pre-booked. Children's swimming times: * Daily from 8.30am to 10am and 4.30pm to 6pm * Minimum age three years old. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Unfortunately due to an exclusive use booking of The Gate, our restaurant and bar will be closed for dinner whilst breakfast will be relocated in The Library on the 24th September 2024. Guests can relax at the hotel's HarSPA, which includes a indoor swimming pool, a gymnasium, Hydrotherapy pool, Scandinavian hot tubs, steam room and sauna. All rates which include breakfast will be a Continental Breakfast.
