A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Room service is not available. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. Please note that this property does not accept cash or cheques as a method of payment. Weekly cleans are provided for stays over 7 nights, for stays less than 7 nights no housekeeping will be provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost. Any items left behind in the apartments and/or public areas will be stored for a maximum of 30 days from the departure date. Items will be given to charity unless claimed within the specified time frame.
