A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that City Stay Apartments will email apartment details and a key collection map 48 hours before arrival. Please contact City Stay if you do not receive an email. All older children or adults are charged GBP 35 per person per week for extra beds. Please note that parties are not allowed.
