Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AED 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. As per local legislation, all guests are required a valid passport or state-issued ID at check-in. The hotel will not admit unaccompanied minors below 18 years old. All reservations made without a credit card or with invalid credit cards may be cancelled by 18:00 hours on the day of arrival. Please note that the spa will be closed until further notice.
