Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of GBP 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that in the hallway of the property, there is CCTV. Tampering with it or disconnecting it results in terminating the booking. Any and all deposit deductions will incur a £50 administrative fee, on top of the cost to replace like-for-like any missing or damaged items, plus 3.9% payment processor fee. Early check-in (if available) is an extra £35 and needs to be requested in good time prior to arrival. There is CCTV in the hallway of the property. Any attempts to disconnect or obscure it will result in terminating the booking and immediate vacating of the property. ID and security deposit of GBP400 required prior to providing check-in details. Late check-out fee (60 min after check-out time) is half the cost of the previous night. Check-out time will be measured as the time when the key is returned to its collection point. Delays of more than 120min will incur one extra night charge. Two towels per guest are provided as part of the booking, extra towels used are charged at £5 per towel. Any and all deposit deductions will incur a £50 administrative fee, on top of the cost to replace like-for-like any missing or damaged items, plus 3.9% payment processor fee. No other person other than guests indicated in the booking are authorised to enter the property at any one time. Unbooked visitors or guests will attract a £30 per night per person, applicable after the second guest, and applicable to the totality of the duration of the booking, plus a £50 administrative fee and 3.9% payment processor fee.
