An additional charge of 50% of the previous night price will be applied if the check-out is in delay of 60 minutes or more. If the parking permit is not returned on the day of check-out, GBP 50 will be deducted from the deposit. Parties, smoking and loud music will result in the total loss of the damage deposit.
