Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Chillax Heritage Hotel Khaosan - SHA Extra Plus in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. If the same credit card used to guarantee the booking is not presented for certain reasons, the guest will be kindly asked to settle the full payment via an alternative method upon check-in. Please also be informed that the restaurant and room services will be available from 1 September 2018 onwards.
