Please note that extra beds and baby cots can only be accommodated upon prior request and only in some of the rooms. If you want to enjoy the restaurants (on site but run independently from the hotel), you need to book in advance because they can be closed or full. Many other restaurants are within the 5-kilometer perimeter (in the old city of Carcassonne and also in the next village, Cazilhac). My selection is on my website. The hotel also proposes some "planches" with ham and cheese to be enjoyed in the garden (order before 18:00), local beers, local wine, and local ice cream. Please note that massages must be booked in advance. Sauna access is EUR 30 per hour per person, unless you have a discount voucher. You can rent electric bikes upon reservation. All requests for late arrival between 21:30 and 00:00 are possible and subject to confirmation by the property. A late check-out after 11:00 can be arranged upon request.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
