The annex building and main property building offer different services. Please contact the property directly for details. You must inform the property in advance what time you plan to check in. If your check-in time changes, please update the property. Bookings are only guaranteed until 23:00. The property will contact guests who booked 3 rooms or more. The full deposit needs to be paid to the property at least 1 week before the arrival date in order to secure the booking. Capsule rooms are housed in the annex building. However, guests who booked a capsule room must check in at the main building as well. Construction works are being carried out in the surroundings between 08:00-18:00 until the end of 2020. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances.An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.
