Guests made a reservation under free cancellation policy would require payment in full amount at the time of arrival. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Guest should be showed the original credit card upon arrival. A damage deposit of THB 500-1,000 per night is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card or cash. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card or cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that renovation work is done from 09:00 to 17:00, now until October 2024.
