Please note that for stays of 5 nights or more, the apartments are cleaned and linen is changed every 3 days. Please note that the amount of the reservation is charged on the day of arrival. Casas do Porto will contact guests with further details. The property may ask a deposit of 50% of the total amount to secure the reservation. Please note that Casas do Porto does not have an open reception and neither the team lives on the building, so it's imperative that guests contact the property prior to their arrival (preferable 1 week before). Use the contacts on the page for that, this way they can easily program a time to be there expecting you, by the time of your arrival. The absence of contact or reply from the guest may result in the cancellation of the reservation. At the end of the stay, the apartment must be delivered in reasonable clean conditions. If this condition is not verified, an additional cleaning fee of 50 € per apartment may be charged. Also upon arrival, you must pay the Municipal Tourist Tax 2 €/person/night, this can be paid in cash. Please note that only for stays of 5 nights or more, the apartments are cleaned and bed linen changed every 3 days. Please note that an airport shuttle available 24-hour at a surcharge of EUR 25 per trip.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
