Immediately captivated by the beautifully refurbished house, the wonderful countryside and general peace and quiet of Sicily. Gabriella and Marco were amazing hosts, extremely welcoming and caring, providing us with everything and beyond. The house itself is located on a private road in the old farmstead and most delicately restored. Amongst others it features central and floor heating, a grand fireplace as well as a spacious living room, dining room and bedroom next to the kitchen and bathroom with shower. The location is ideal to explore Capo Mulini by foot and a key even allows access to the restricted private rocky beach near the lighthouse – a mere 10 minutes by foot through the orchards and fields. The town itself is small but lively, yet without the issues often encountered in larger tourist destinations. Casanatura is also well located to visit Mount Etna (about 45 minutes by car) or the famous seaside resort
