Please note there is no elevator available and the reception is located on the first floor. Hotel will do pre-authorization for first night room rates to guarantee the reservation, this amount will unblock around 15 bank working days automatically. Please note that guests are requested to bring the credit card that was made to make the booking. If this is not possible, guests are required to bring a copy of the credit card with approval and a photo copy of the credit card holder ID card or passport.
