This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. The apartments are located in a residential building, guest are kindly asked to respect the other residents. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartments and parties and other loud activities are prohibited after 20:00. Late check-in is possible upon prior confirmation by the property and an additional fee of EUR 19 applies. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.
