A credit/debit card is required to be presented on arrival, Boulevard Hotel will place a mandatory hold on the credit/debit card – the hold amount is £100.00 per room per stay (cash deposits are not accepted). This hold is separate from, and in addition to, your billable charges. Boulevard Hotel will typically release the hold after check out once final payment has been received. Depending on your financial institution (card issuer), funds may take up to 14 days or longer to be back in your account. Boulevard Hotel is not responsible or liable for the loss of use of these funds or any overdraft charges. Please note, the hotel does not accommodate single-sex groups or parties of over 3 rooms or more. The maximum number of adults in any one room is 2. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel. All guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied in room by minimum of one adult aged 18 or over. Parking is provided strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed or prior reserved. A reservation at the hotel does not entitle a guaranteed parking space. Parking is chargeable at GBP20.00 per vehicle per night (valid 12 midday - 12 midday). The hotel does not accept prepayment for reservations within three days of arrival date. Guests must be at least 18 years to stay in the Deluxe Rooms, Coastal Junior Suites, Park View Suites and the Coastal Suites (no children are accommodated in any of these rooms). When booking a prepay/non-refundable rate the card used for payment of this reservation must be presented on arrival for additional verification and card security. Failure to present the card may result in accommodation being refused or the requirement of a refundable deposit at the hotel’s discretion. Please note that when booking ten rooms or more, different policies and supplements may apply. All bedrooms, meeting rooms and public areas are non-smoking - a minimum £300.00 cleaning charge is applicable for smoking in guestrooms.
