Room rates include: 1 parasol and 2 sunbeds. The kitchen must be left clean, the refrigerator cleaned, and rubbish removed; otherwise, an extra fee will be charged. The building is barrier-free and has a spacious lift. The swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September (weather permitting). Our swimming pool is barrier-free, with heated salt water. The rate includes 1 parking space. We have some barrier-free apartments; please ask for them BEFORE booking. The kitchen must be left clean, the refrigerator cleaned, and rubbish removed; otherwise, an extra fee will be charged. Our office is open from 10:00 to 19:30, check-ins outside opening hours is not possible. At check-in, payment of the entire stay is required. Payment by bank transfer or cheque is not allowed. The apartment has a maximum capacity of persons (by persons we mean adults, children, and infants equally). A security deposit of €200 is required. It will be returned at check-out ONLY after checking the apartment. The property is not available for parties nor for hen/bachelorette parties. Quiet time slot is 13:00/16:30 and 22:00/07:00.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
