Please inform Borgo Valecchie in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a 30% deposit via bank transfer. This will not be refundable and should be paid within 5 days of the booking. Air conditioning and heating are available on request at an additional cost.
