Please inform Boardwalk Lodge – Self-Catering in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Some of rooms and chalets can only be reached by stairs from the main parking area. If you or your fellow guests have a problem climbing many steps, then please notify us as soon as possible as we can not guarantee the possibility of changing chalets upon arrival.
