The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. If you are coming with children, please inform the property in advance about their number and age. Please note that an additional cleaning fee might be applicable in case heavy cleaning is needed.
